Announcement
Mablethorpe and District Motor Club will organise the Haunted Lincolnshire Classic Run on Sunday 15th. September 2019. The event will be held under the General Regulations of Motorsport UK (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the FIA) and these supplementary regulations and any other instructions the organising club may issue for the event.
Permit
This event will run as a Touring Car Assembly. Permit No. 113065
Eligibility
This event is open to all vintage, classic and ‘modern classic’ cars.
Start Venue
The start venue has been provided at the Wyvale Garden Centre near Louth (Postcode LN11 8LQ) where tea/coffee will be provided with your entry fee. Petrol is available from the Esso Garage on Newmarket Road Louth LN11 9EG.
Finish Venue
The finish venue is at the Oaklands Hotel Laceby DN37 7LF where tea/coffee and homemade cakes will be provided for your refreshment. You will also receive a commemorative ‘Classic’ Rally Plate as a memento of the event. This is included in the entry fee.
Route
The route will be about 110 miles taking in rural country roads.
A descriptive roadbook will be provided at the start with points of interest
marked. If you wish to bring your OS maps (not necessary) then maps 121, 112 and 122 will be used.
Cars will start at 1 minute intervals with the first car leaving at 10.30am.
There will be an hour long break at half way. Picnics are welcome and there will be toilets and refreshments for you to purchase should you prefer.
Signing On
This will take place at the start venue from 09.30am onwards. All crews to have completed signing on by 10am.
Entries
The entry list opens with the publication of these regulations and closes on Sunday 15th September 2019. Entries will be accepted in order of receipt. Maximum number of entries is 50 and Mablethorpe and District Motor Club reserve the right to cancel the event if the minimum entry of 15 cars is not achieved.

On receipt, your entry will be acknowledged by post or email.
The entry fee is £30 this includes roadbook, commemorative ‘Classic’ Rally Plate, tea/coffee at the start and tea/coffee and homemade cakes at the finish for 1 driver and 1 passenger. Additional passengers will be charged at £7.00
About the Motor Club
Mablethorpe and District Motor Club were founded in 1957 and have been growing since then to the club that they are today.
With over 50 members, most of them active in some way or another, competing, organising or marshalling, they continue to provide motorsport fun for all.
There is now a growing classic section to the motor club whilst Motorsport activities include PCT’s, 12 car’s, stage events and road events as well as the social aspect including a club barbecue and treasure hunt, scalectrix nights and more.
